I always wanted a college with multiple and ever appearing opportunities which Amity has. With also a world class quality of classrooms. Since you’re only going be more productive in an organised and clean environment, because we all derive inspiration from our surroundings. Amity being university which offers diverse courses ensures a large diverse crowds. This is perfect for networking opportunities and a vast possibility of interaction. Since choice of college/university is a major life decision so priorities do matter. And my priority was a to have the best possible student-professor relationship. Amity not only provides exceptionally well teaching and supporting faculties, they are also ever ready to guide and support you and walk you out of every possible hassle. With good student-professor ratio, we get least and near to undivided attention here. I opted for BBA because I always had an interest to know how a business works and its complexities.

The course that I opted for is BBA and the course syllabus is very dynamic as in, as we progressed further into the subject the syllabus is designed in such a manner that it transforms the first introduced genesis of an idea into a full-fledged detailed structure. So that when at the end you analyse a topic it made a lot of sense. The faculties are not only trained and very professional, they know what they were doing. The inter person relation between the professor and the students is phenomenal. Due to a very good students professor ratio, we have a very focused or say almost undivided attention of the faculty on us. The teachers are highly encouraging and put up real life examples along with the detailed analysis of case studies for better understanding of the topic which keeps us engaged and our brains brainstorming new ideas and grasping everything with the same interest and the same level of enthusiasm all the time. The sessions never feel cumbersome. Mrs Rikita Swaroop is one of my favourite faculty is by far, her meditational and motivational sessions are such a boon for us.

The college has a myriad and very respectable connections with companies. We witness recruiters from companies like Byju’s which in fact gave a highest package of 10Lacs. And other company such as ExtraMarks, Airtel, Zomato, Flipkart. All of which are very respectable organisations. The entrepreneur cell in the university is amazing and is ever engaged to bring more government or non-government bodies in forms of venture capitalists, kick starters for start ups. Arranging workshops here and informing students about other workshops elsewhere which all prove to be very beneficial.

The campus life is all you could ask for with a very diverse student body, you get to interact with a lot of different personalities on a daily basis who are actually working and are very well engrossed into different fields and have a very appreciable level of knowledge. College apart from festivals and events also holds regular sessions with successful personalities from all over the world ranging from seminars to webinars. These sessions are a perfect place to get hold of new information or sneak peek into new opportunities, and not to forget the level of motivation and inspiration you can derive from these remarkable personalities. Amiphoria is the biggest and most remarkable event or fest the college holds which witnesses tens of thousands of crowd, annually in the first quarter of the year. The event itself covers such a variety of events and cultural activities and entertainments that it’s not possible sum up in words. Besides taking a part in the event and enjoying it to the fullest the students also get a chance to be a part of the crew which is responsible for the smooth functioning of it. The students help in organising the event. This polishes them and their managerial skills in whatever field they opt to volunteer in.
