Remarks

Because of the great location, infrastructure, and the crowd. The faculty is supportive and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is great as we've 3 doctorates and 1 pursuing doctorate in the civil department. The teaching method is great and timely exam conduction happens.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 96189 per year

Placement Experience

We do have campus placements every year and also they prepare us for the personal interviews if we wish to. Training and placement course I'd done every year for the final year students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are low in comparison to other colleges and also we've scholarship opportunities to all the students. And many placements take place every year on the campus. Good opportunities to avail.

Campus Life

We've fest every year, we've DJ nights at the end of the fest (sunburn) dj Chetas performed here 2-3 times. We've sports every year. Fest is mostly performed in the Feb month. Libraries for every college of the campus with the respected books needed.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
