Entrance Preview

I didnt worte any test. first i was joined in anna University as a Research Assistant and then i got an oppurtunity to join in M.S/ P.hd. As i completed my b.tech in 2012 i joined in M.S.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have attended 8 course works in that 1 subject is an elective. My M.S mainly concentrates on Video Streaming, so i choosed network realted subjects. I was passed all the subjects also.

Internships Opportunities

For 2 years 2012- 2014 i got a scholarship from UGC research scholar scholarship. I was appointed as a Research scholar for a major project "Video Streaming in 3G wireless networks in telemedicine applications". This project helps doctors to monitor patients and i will give feedback from the network.

Placement Experience

we have bluk oppurtunities here. Mostly in every class all the members will be placed. It is very happy news that dream companies will also here. upto last working day also many companies will come to select. immediate job offer will be given also.

College Events

For every month we will celebrate one event. here mostly we will conduct worshops, project exhibitions, dances and cultural fests. it was very good that we have a encouraged lectures.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is reasonable only. As its a governemet organisation im paying my semister fee as 8500. we have bluk oppurtunities here. Mostly in every class all the members will be placed. It is very happy news that dream companies will also here. upto last working day also many companies will come to select. immediate job offer will be given also.

Exam Structure

For every student exam was a hectic only. In universities that is a difficult task to get a top grade. we have to satisfy the lecturer. we will do night out on day before exam as we already studied for the assesments and all.

Faculty

In MIT Anna University faculty is very good. In labs also they help a lot to do new experiments.My Guide is Dr. Dhananjay Kumar he is an Associate proffesor here. he has a 15 years experience in teaching. he is a very good researcher. because of him only im this position. Our HOD is very friendly. we did many cultural fests and projects in our campus

Honest review

Likes

I liked course curriculum and one year outside project
I liked the peaceful library and bookss.
I liked facilities in the campus of karunya

Dislikes

Sunny days which brings sweat to your outfit
No AC classrooms which is a great disadvantage
Short period of lunch break which make us weak

Placement Experience:

Placement offers are better when compared to other colleges, i haven't gone for any placements because I'm first' year student, but most of the department have got the package of about 31 LPA and biotechnology have 100% placement

Likes

The lab facilities and the classroom facilities and the cultural days
They have a library with vast books and books can also be read through online in the library
They have bus facilities for students from different areas, nearly our college bus goes and pickup students from 3 districts

Dislikes

There is no proper guidance or teaching for post-graduation course
There is no placements with MNC's and they have placement with only small company with less pay
There we won't get knowledge, we have to study on our own and write our exams

Placement Experience:

For final year students placements are eligible. I didn't get the chance for placements in this college but some small startups visited this college for placements 2 students got placed in the company with 10000 monthly package

Candidates who have completed BE or B.Tech in relevant discipline are eligible to join ME course. Admission to ME program is given on the basis of GATE/ TANCET scores. I got selected on the basis of my GATE score.

I wrote the VITMEE exam as I am taking admission for MTech and I got a rank of 1100, I should attend the counselling in Vellore campus I couldn't because of some issues then administrative people from Chennai called me and I got the seat in category 1.

Awesome Colledge!!

Remarks:

I did my B.E in a college in my own state of rank 11th in the state. But, i can say proudly that my M.E college was far better than that. I did visualize that the college gives every thing to students. Studies/Fun/Communications an they were up to the mark of IIT's, i guess.
