Faculty review

It's not good it's more oriented for money only and less toward student. Harassment is college is very common during college festival and holi. They are less woried about students safety more toward name and fame of college.

Course is as per UGC and aictc guidelines but it's not upgraded as the industry needs and less toward practical knowledge and more theorytical,in one semester they take 5 exam 3 cycle test,1 pre semester and finally semster exam and checking is fair. Don't find any use of 5 exam in one semester and really i didn't help me in anyway.

In core branch is less than 2% but in Cs/it branch it's good. Hardly 4-6 students placed in core company out of 400 students so many students switch to IT sector job and sales

Aarush it's a technical fest for 4to 5 days mainly happen in summer. It's more oriented as show case of department talent and their research work and in evening time bollywood guest visit the campus. Milan it's totally fashion, dance, singing, dj from bollywood to tollywood fest. It's also of 4-5 days nighting is allowed in thia fest.

College fee is to expensive they charged me 2lakh per year and frim this year they are charging 3.5 lakh per year, mode of payment is online and offline both. They take extra 2k-3k per semester unnecessarily for lab maintenance, exam fee 3k and charge 15k for book. college maintain transperancy in tuition fee only not in anyother fees

Yeah college offer scholarship based on top 5 percentage of department. procedure is simple you have to apply it from HOD office of respective departments. From 20000 to 60000 per year.

Campus life is good, it's constructed in 250 acre and infrastructure is best thing in campus. Some iconic building in college are like UB, Auditorium and tech park. Seprate ground is their for all kind of sporta. Girl:boys atio is 1:2 and 70:30 students are north indian and remaining south india. majority of students belong to high class society.

During 1st year i opted for hostel but their food is really bad taste less and hostel washroom don't have flush and it's pathetic. Salty water is supplied in bathroom some time and they don't have RO water in hostel and after 1 year rented flat it cost around 7k-10k

I intrected with many senior but they themself are not yet settled but they always guide me regarding career. College alumni network is vast but hardly anybody visit their from core department.

Through SRMJEE entrance exam they take admission thought merit wise and as well as management quota (donation). Generally admission take place in August and after that councelling happen based upon rank they will call and students have choice for branch.

Majority of faculty are lack in knowledge, don't know how to handle the class and very less students faculty attraction. Poor quality of faculty deal with b.tech students lab is worst many faculty themselves don't know how to operate and teach. Overall review is that faculty is worst
