Entrance Preview

UPTU actually i am from general category and i thought for only iit and NIT, but unfortunately i got less marks and unable to clear iit thats why i chosen this uptu govt college as my third option.

Internships Opportunities

TCS came here and we learnt hr md as well as many other quality n skills from them. They improve our skills and also tought all those things which must have to every students. Every thing in internships is admirable. So i hope that i will do best in my future with the help of this internship.

Placement Experience

Being an electrical engineer scope of placement negligible however cs students get placed by tcs. Well placement cell in our college is good. TCS very big company in the sense of marketing used to come here.

College Events

In our college festivals are not focused by management. They used to swallow up the money. They must have to focus on our other skills. Other fields but they dont do so..so truly i am saying our management lacks in this things. So there must be awareness in this field.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not get my scholarship last year. I was too sad and i am from poor family. So it seems dangerous to afford thd burden. Please sir you dont break my trust . This time u must have to give me my 200 rs talktime as i filled everything truly.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini network and seniors are best in our college. They are better than our faculty. They did too much for us. So we always appreciate our seniors for helping us to gain better environment in field of technical and cultural.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

There were better option like IET, Lucknow and private colleges in Noida but firstly I wanted government college and secondly near my home town. That's the best option was IET Lucknow but my score in jee mains that was 86 percentile didn't allow me to be in IET. And don't want to take a single drop for preparation. I cleared my 12th and gave April session JEE main exam. The admission process is very simple. After your JEE result keep eye on UPTU website for registration process. As soon as you register before counseling you will have option to choose list of your choice college. Then there will be 4 rounds of counseling if get the college accept it and you'll get seat allotment letter.
