Remarks

First of all, SRM has an amazing campus and college life. It equally balances both academics and co-curricular activities. Not to forget the food in the canteen, it is too good. The infrastructure is well-built with all the required lab equipment for every stage. there is no introduction required to the cultural of SRM. All faculty members are extremely friendly. The library facility is very useful to avail.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty in the college are all highly qualified in their respective fields. The teaching method is both manual and digital according to the demand of the topic and circumstances. They are extremely friendly. Especially, during practicals, you can relate easily with the theory topics with the help of the faculty. Since there is a maximum of 45 students per class, the attention is equally divided among everyone. The doubts are cleared without hesitation at any time.

Internships Opportunities

The college notifies all the internship offers by companies from various fields priorly and also encourages us to look into it.

Placement Experience

Everyone is given a lot of internships and job offers while they enter the 4th year. A lot of well-known companies become mass recruiters in SRM collecting all the deserving and eligible candidates from the college for all departments. The highest-paid was 28 lakhs in ECE.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per year are 2 lakhs. For the infrastructure and the level of education, lab and other activities provided inside the campus, it is worth it.

Campus Life

Cultural in SRM goes unsaid. The celebrities, there inspiring talks and the fun at the DJ night with top artists in the country is just amazing. Guests from every field will give an appearance to tell us about their life. A lot of international conferences are being conducted in a periodic manner from several years in every field of expertise. There are four teams in which the students are divided into for the participation in various sports activities, competitions. A lot of common clubs such as literature, music and arts are all actively functioning. Apart from this, every department will have their own clubs also run by students with faculty guidance.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.

4 years that changed my life

I was a Covid graduate so most exams were not being held the way they are normally done among so I appeared for all the college exams as they were held online.
