Course Curriculum Overview
Apart from conducting the regular course curriculum classes, the college also conducts sessions for Personality development and career counselling. These sessions are free of cost, and all the interested students can attend. I attended a few lectures related to stress management which were conducted by highly eminent personalities. This is what makes Astha management school better than its competitors. They believe in the overall development of the students and not just make them book worms!
Placement Experience
The placement coordinators ensure a 100% placement record for the college. This was surely an important factor which I considered during my admission time. I have witnessed my seniors getting placed in very good companies in the marketing and finance domains. Some of them even got more than 1 placement offers during the session. The college also works to provide internship opportunities. Some of our professors have also helped us in getting referrals and letter of recommendations.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Comparing it with several other private MBA colleges in the country, I feel the fee structure at Astha School of Management is the most affordable. I paid a fee os INR 62000 for 1 year. Considering the quality of education, I am receiving at this prestigious institution; I feel that every penny spent is worth it!
Campus Life
The college boasts of a well-maintained infrastructure with latest facilities in the libraries, conference halls, lecture rooms etc. One can easily find ECA activities going around in the halls. The sports ground is so big that it would be the first thing that you would notice the moment you enter inside the campus. This is a no-ragging campus. Strictness and discipline are two things which you would learn in your time here!
Admission
The admission process at Astha school of management was very well managed. The process started with the filling up of an online application form and the submission of the test scores of the relevant exams. Several other documents and mark sheets were also required at the time of admission. The teachers and the administration staff had very well managed the entire process.After the counselling sessions, GD and PI sessions were conducted, and a merit list was released considering the scores in all required processes.
Faculty
One thing that I have loved since my day 1 in college is the attitude of the faculty members. They have been so supportive and helpful always. There hasn't been a time when somebody asked for help, and they denied! Also, they are highly knowledgeable and experienced. Their teaching methodologies make the classes so exciting and maintaining attendance isn't a tough problem for us!
