Course Curriculum Overview
I am currently in my final year of study and I can say that the curriculum till now has been amazing! Be it the researches we are asked to do, or the professional exposure which we get, the curriculum at AHA has been very well crafted. Regular research projects are taken up by the students and the faculty members are always there to help us.
Placement Experience
Since it’s a hospital training and research institute, the placements are not available. Students usually join in different reputed hospitals by applying themselves only. But the college brings out the most confident interns.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Comparing with other private colleges, I think this college is highly affordable. For a prestigious course like MBA in Hospital Management, a fees of INR 66000 is feasible. For defense and paramilitary personnel, the fees is further reduced to INR 63000.
Campus Life
The culture at AHA is so friendly that anybody can easily find a home in this place. All the top rated facilities like air conditioned lecture halls, well maintained laboratories, committee rooms, etc are available for the students. There are also extra-curricular activities which the students can take place. I am personally a big fan of the national symposium event which is organized every year. The knowledge which the students and experts from all fields share is what makes it so interesting.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, the seniors have always been like our guiding hands. I remember the first day I entered this place and I was so scared, there was a group of seniors who helped me reach my class and calmed me down. I am still friends with them, even though they have graduated.
Admission
I applied for the MBA Hospital Administration Regular course when I was appearing for the final semester examination of my Bsc Nursing Degree. The institute confirmed my admission only after the final results were declared and when I had submitted the proof of securing more than 55% marks (Which was the minimum eligibility criteria at my time). The college grants admission on the basis of results, experience in hospitals, the course pursued in the under-graduation, and many other comprehensive factors. Considering the good reputation this college enjoys, I did not have any second thoughts before applying here. The admission process is also very simple. By paying a nominal charge of INR 125, the candidates can get the application form from the college website itself.
Faculty
According to me, all the reputation which AHA has gained over time is because of its experienced faculty members who leave no stone unturned in explaining the students the concepts. They are so knowledgeable that I actually feel like attending the classes. There hasn’t been a time that the faculty members haven’t awe-inspired every student in the class.
