Mile as a business school stands upright on all the parameters that a young prospective management student looks at. Every day is a new learning and the prime focus is on practical than on text cramming. Both the internal and external faculty members are very humble, helpful, interactive and engaging. Every class increases the level of understanding. The admission process has well structured a team of professionals from the placement and admissions department cane to my city organized an open interview that was a day-long process is comprised of essay writing, case study, group discussion and the final round that was a personal interview. I preferred this institution over the others because of a positive vibe that I got after interacting with the team and the moderate environment that it provided where they endorsed, the institute that was organized managed and handled by students themselves from sports to mess to organizing events. PGDM was always considered as a window that I wanted to look through before I ventured into the corporate sector. Mile gave me the platform to do the same with different dynamic situations ahead of me every day. Intake of Mile was about 160 students divided into 3 sections during the first tri and eventually, the sections from 2nd tri were made on the basis of the specialization. There are both in-house and guest faculties in Mile who also teach in various other reputed management institutes. Most of the facilities were designated Dr. as many of them were usually PHD while the others were not less than post-graduation. All of them had either some corporate experience or were into teaching management students since the past few years.

Plenty of opportunities are brought by the placements team. Not only placements but also internships are given to each student so that they get an industry experience before starting their careers as professionals.

Personality Development classes communication classes and activities to improve the same and corporate sessions on a regular basis and mock interviews and group discussions were held to help us to get to know the companies seeking to hire young talent.

The fee for PGDM in Mile was 7.5 to 8 lakhs including hostel and Mess for a year. It was to be paid in two instalments each in a year. The college always rendered its support to the students who were seeking student or education loan. As far as scholarships are concerned nothing of this sort was known to me.

Life at Mile reminds me of the best days that I had lived. As we had classes at times late the evening or sone corporate sessions or some preparations were always going on for events like Holi, Lohri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Friendship's day so we made a lot of fun-filled memories together. We became family away from family to each other. All of us were from different states and cities but what united us was the reason for us being there together and what made us one was our induction. Induction at Mile is one in a Lifetime experience those 21 nights we merely slept but yet new dreams made our eyes their couch. There are several committees at Mile and a students council. I feel pride in being selected as the President of my batch 2019-21 along with this I also worked as the head of the corporate interface committee.

Our hostel was one of its kind we stayed in apartments managed by our college. About 5 to 6 of stays in each apartment of 2 BHK and a balcony.

The process of admission was both lengthy and examining. It was a day-long process for me. I 4 had rounds. First, we had to write a 500-word essay within 30 minutes, then a case study in 20 minutes, followed by a group discussion of 1 hr. and then a personal interview. For me, it was a 1-hour long interview. The results were told to us in a week's time via a call and an official mail.
