The positive remarks of the college are the faculty to student ratio and the easy accessibility of the college apart from the amazing lab facilities and lab equipments provided to the students. The focus on education is a point to be noted and appreciated.

The Mechanical Enggineering course is mainly focused on industrial traning and learning of various machine process. You will learn Machine drawing in Auto cad. welding in welding shop, learn operating lathe machine in machine shop, basic of carpentry work in carpentry shop, Blacksmithy shop, Fitting shops and others labs. the college has 8 branches which is Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg, Computer Science, Civil Engg, Electronics and telecommunicatiom, Modern office Management, Metallurgy Engg and the last Information Technology.

The companies that visit the college are divided into 2 - core companies and open companies. Core companies restrict their hiring to selected departments while the open companies enable and support a majority of the departments. The offers given by the companies vary between 5 lakhs to 40 lakhs.

The major events celebrated are Aarush and Milan. Aarush is the technical festival and Milan is the Cultural festival. Aarush is more inclined towards engineering disciplines and Milan is focused more on culturals and fun.

The fee structure varies from department to department. Few departments require more lab facilites and the fees accordingly increase compared to few other departments which require lesser facilities.

The college offers scholarships every year. The entry scholarship is based on the 12th marks obtained by the students. And the each year scholarship is based on the yearly performance of the student. A CGPA of 8. 5 and higher can assure you a decent scholarship. But being relative, the performance scholarship depends on the performance of the whole batch.

The college offers a large variety of facilities right from debating clubs to robotic labs and clubs. Sports teams have really good coaches and the teams have a reputed and esteemed image among other colleges. The clubs present in the college often participate in competitions all throughout the year.

The alumni network of the college is really reputed and reliable. The senior students always are available over social media and easily accessible. Senior students are always ready to help the juniors with further education and any doubts with aspects relating to the course.

First I wrote entrance exam. Then I got selected for admission process which was a multi window process. The seat availability was displayed and we were to choose the course we desired. In the screening I took mechanical engineering.
