Remarks
Not a negative remark but attendance rule should be made more lineant because student with less attendance percentage are not allowed to sit in the exam. And college should make a proper check on attendance marked on official duty.
Course Curriculum Overview
Syllabus is according to the University grant commission orders but you can easily pass semester if you study before 2-3 days of exam. You get very much exposure to the international faculty lectures or their research work.
Placement Experience
Companies come on daily basis until each and every student is placed. A student is only allowed to sit in the placement if he or she has minimum 6 cgpa and is unplaced. If any student has cgpa under 6, he also gets placement but through other placement drive where students participate.
College Events
Amity youth fest(AYF- where student organize different stalls and celebrity guests are invited on the last day i.e, 3day of event), InbushEra(same as ayf but organised by management students), Confluence, Sangathan(it's a grand sport event celebrated on the occasion of founders day)
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive- Approx 1.5 lac per semester with hike of 5% every year for normal btech cse course and if you opted for sponsored then you will need to pay much more. If your percentage in 12th is less than 70% then you fall under sponsored category.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you have secured more than 93% in 12th then you will 100 scholarship and more than 88% then 50% scholarship for the first years.Many of my classmates have maintained their scholarship till last year.
Campus Life
College is famous for its extra curricular activities. Labs equipment are equipped for 1:1 students. Each class is devided into two x and y batches for lab in which an hour is given to each student to perform their activities.
Alumni/Alumna
It totally depends on an individual bonding with that particular guy. Seniors are generally helpful and try to provide opportunities to youngster and make them familiar with the rules and regulations of the college.
Admission
You have to go through a test followed by a interview and English test.Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2019/2020) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form.
Faculty
Faculties are very experienced in their domain and trust me being a faculty is much more difficult than taking admission in college. Faculties are very supportive in every task you perform and guide you through out each and every procedure.
