Remarks

I chose to attend this college mainly because I had previously heard good things about it from people that I know and the reviews from sites like quora also helped. The admission process is just like every other college that is affiliated with GGSIPU, You first have to go to the university campus and get certificates(passing certificates, proof of rank in CET etc) verified and then go to the college campus and get your certificates authenticated by the college faculty. The college faculty of TIPS was very helpful in this process. you can check out sites like university career for cutoff and other information.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BCA because I am interested in the field of IT. Trinity follows BCA syllabus from GGSIPU like other colleges. The faculty at TIPS is really helpful and understanding. The student faculty is ratio is good as there is an appropriate number of professor for each department. All the teachers are really patient with the students and are even willing to spend extra time to help the students. The faculty made great efforts during the covid 19 lockdowns to teach the students.

there is an entire internship cell at our college dedicated to getting an internship for students. Companies like TCS along with a lot of startups provide internships.

I have got to know from my seniors that placements are pretty good, several top companies like Wipro, TCS, IBM visit our campus

There was not a big fees hike from first to my second year. I think financial assistance is provided to some economically weaker students

Campus Life

The infrastructure of TIPS is adequate and well developed with spaces for self-studying, recreational activities and club activities. TIPS also has a good library with books for every course. TIPS has really great crowd and with the great crowd comes great social life. There are a lot of activity clubs for acting/drama, dancing, photography, social work etc.

A decent college experience with room for improvment

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and covers most of the imortant subjects needed for our feild.It provides a good foundation and helps in understanding the basics clearly. many topics are for real world application can also help in further studies.However the curriculum could be improved by adding more practical sessions real projects and updated industry oriented content. Some subjects feel a bit theoritical so more hands on learning would make cource stronger. The exam schedule is manageable with internal external and internal assessments held at regular intervals. The difficulty level of exam is modrate and we students can perform well with study.Overall curriculam is decent but can become more comprehensive with few updates.

Can't say, first of all it's distance education and the lifestyle is such that it's ok to have what they have offered us in such a price range. Classes take place on weekends and hence you can hang out with friends outside the premises.

Ethereal experience at TIPS

I applied for IITM in Janakpuri and Maharaja Agrasen I could get admission in these colleges but I chose TIPS because the crowd and IITM is not good and Maharaja Agrasen is very far away from my house so I ended up taking admission in TIPS as it is close to my house. I got rejection from Maharaja Surajmal as my rank in IPU CET exam was not up to the mark to join Maharaja Surajmal. the admission process of my college was smooth, I gave the IPUCET exam which is held by the Indraprastha University after the results we have to make a priority list for the colleges we want to take admissions in.
