Overall college is average, I can't tell it good, but in placement college is good and gelpful. So, at the end you will get the placement in your hand that you want from college.

The course curriculum is moderate, I can't tell good, it is average and exam structure is nice. In this college tbey are particular about uniform as jeans and T-shirts are not allowed in SRM Ramapuram. Overall it is a good college. In second year of my college has taken students to ISRO and Paypal as a industrial visit.

The placement is good in terms of no. of students placed but in terms of average package it is quite low as the average package is of 3.5 lakh. Every year 100% placement record is there from last three-four years in computer science stream.

There is two main events STRINGZ and TEXUS whereas there are many other small events organized by cultural clubs of the college.The TEXUS is an event organised by Computer science branch of the college whereas STRINGZ is an intrasport cultural event. Whereas there are many workshops and cultural events are organised by clubs of the college.

For some it us feasible, for some it is expensive but in my case it is expensive. It should be somewhat low according to the facilities and teaching they are providing. There are extra fees for buying book for which they take ?15000 and it is compulsory to take and ther is also Value added course which is also compulsory to take and for that also you have to pay ?15000 which students don't like. They are forcing us to take these courses and books otherwise they don't allow us to write our semester exams.

Yes many students have taken education loan in which college helped them but I have not taken. And based on semester marks and cgpa college provides scholarship to the top student of approximately?50000.

The gender ratio is miderate as in engineering many students are boys and girls are less in number compared to the boys.

Sometimes they are helpful, they fell us about the placement season and their experience in the placement.

I have chosen thus college as the placement in SRM is very good. SRM is known for its 100% placement. I am currently doing B.Tech course in Computer Science stream and I have chosen it as my computer science knowledge is good and I want to do this. For admission first you have to write SRMJEE which is held in every year in the month of April, then according to your rank they will call you for counseling then according to available seats you have to chose your college branch and stream. In counseling they will be verifying your certificates and then they will give you an allotment letter and acknowledgement letter. Then in the date of joining you have to go to college then there you will know about your classes and during counseling you can book hostel also.

The faculty are average,all have done masters in their field and most of the faculties are assistant professor and many few are professors. There are faculties whose teaching skills is poor and there are faculties who have less knowledge about there subjects. So from my view faculties are not so good whereas senior teachers are good and the average age of teachers will be 35-40.
