Student life of a Bachelor in education.

It's a very good college and we'll reputed. There is very high compitition to getting a seat secured in this college.

The course Bachelor of education is a professional courses i.e. it's a course required to be done by every student who want to become a teacher in India. We get education on child psychology, child development, social cultural, social welfare, development of child education and fundamental rights. After completing this course we can give state government or central government jobs related to education and the required qualifications. Yea we were given knowledge in the industry of education of students. We have certain degree of campus placement but not that steady.

Placement are not directly held in our college, and we had done a internship in a school for 3 and a half months. We have to give state government exams which is conducted every year and the number of students getting jobs are not same as there are other b.ed college in Tripura.

Cultural programme, only the students of college participate. We conduct many festivals and seminars for development of social welfare and to enjoy the events. There we conduct dance programs, lectures and invite many VIPs from different college and University.

As it a government undertaken college of fees for each semester is 1200-1500. Yea they provide transparancy in fee breakdown. As the selection procedure is tough the best students get a chance to be accepted in this college. We give cash in the cash counter in our college.

There are state level scholarship programme for students known as NAC they can be opted at 1 year of joining I was not able to get this scholarship as I was nit aware of this scholarship in 1st year when I come to know it was late for submission.

Yea gender ratio is good it's totally on merit list and very fair and transparent each student can see other students academic background for checking their rankings in the list. We have given many seminar on gender and sexuality and how to improve the quality of education in schools. As school is the primary stage of development we who will be teachers were given knowledge to not discriminate among students according to gender and merit, we have to impart knowledge to each student equally and unconditionally.

They help us by previous year notes and questions, Some might help by becoming uplinks for some students but not for all.

Firstly we had to fill up application online around the month of March 2018. Then they posted the merit list of students according to stream i.e. Science, Commerce and Arts. Each stream had 50 students to be selected making it the total of 150 students per year. I was positioned 14th on the list and we who were on the main selection list had to go to college on 29th June 2018 for final submission of documents and getting then verified. On that day we submitted our admission fees.

We have 52 faculty in our college they are designated in the position according to NCTE GUIDELINES. They have completed Master's in education and some have P.hd in education or related subjects.Average age might of 40-45. They are experts having good knowledge of subject they r teacher.
