Course Curriculum Overview
The main exams are conducted as per the University decisions.Then there are two more exams conducted by the college which is considered for internal assessment. The carriculum is stictly University based. An industrial visit is also conducted during the second year
Placement Experience
Every year campus placement campaigns are held in the campus and 15-25 companies take part in it. The regular batche has a compulsory internship whereas self financing batch has no internship
College Events
Various technical, cultural and management events are conducted in the college.it includes arts festival,sports, management fest organized by various departments etc.The intra department fests are also conducted by various departments in which other colleges also join.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible for all class of students.There are various scholarships also. A bank functions inside the college.Fees can be remitted there. Online payment is also accepted Every year a sum nearing to 700 is charged as maitenence fees.

I have not availed any scholarships but as per my knowledge many students get it.college itself provides it on various acamedic excellence.There are other government scholarships too
Campus Life
Nirmala provides a decent campus life with all means of enjoyment.No gender or racial discrimination is noted. Party is not much powerful in the campus though elections are conducted.KSU and SFI are dominating parties. Many workshops are conducted every year for student betterment.Sexual orientation classes are provided.A women's redressel cell functions in the campus. Alumni/Alumna
The aluminium network is not much helpful to the campus though few of the successful once visit the campus occasionally.
Admission
iam native of Muvattupuzha so I choose the most prosperous college ie Nirmala. Commerce is the current trend among students and scope is also high so I choose B. com. Admission criteria are many.For few course they conduct an entrance test and its mainly for science subjects.Then their is merit criteria depending on the marks obtained for 12th class. Being a Christian institution their is community quota Their is also self financing courses for which admissions are based on certain donations
Faculty
The faculty in regular batches (merit batches) mainly consists of professors and master held staffs where as the self financing batch consist mainly of young and fresh faculty with very limited experience.The regular batche teachers are highly experienced
