Good college for b.tech

Lab assistants should be more knowledgeable and they should now stop treating the students as a school children.

Practicals are good in that college and the summer internship is also a better option for making a student a better professional. We do the training & summer internship by ourself the college just gave us the form to submit after completion of internship.

The placement is almost nil at my time in that college but now I got to know from our juniors that 20 to 25 % students got placed.

Mostly punjabi cultural programs name like College festivals was there when I was there and co curricular activities was also too low for an average person. But as the generation improvise the curricular activities has also grown in the college and students and teachers also get involved in it way too much than before.

The fee structure at my time was quite feasible for a normal family to pay but now the fee structure has raised a lot after the college got its name and fame in that area. The area surrounding the college campus was not too much pricey in 2008 to 2012 but now the area has it's own hike.

I took the fee receipt from the college to bank branch and then after approval of the first installment of the loan the gives me the DD for each sem at the starting of the semester.

Gender ratio is way to male biased. The mechanical engineering and civil engineering classes at our time has nearly one one girl in each batch. Workshop is behind gande hostel and you can literally smell the food cooking in the backyard for girls. The boys hostel is also inside the campus. And in the same hostel all students from all courses lives.

Yes, but at that time the food quality of the hostel is too bad for any normal person. The rooms are well equipped with only almirah beds and chairs for studying they have installed the solar water heater later in the year.

We dont have any seniors as we were the first batch of the BTech. But the overall staff at that time was nit upto the level

My friend tell me about this college he tells me that this college is starting new courses & civil engineering is also there I reached Bhatinda there after and got admission in b. tech civil the next day. The overall campus and infrastructure at that time was not too much but now it is well developed.

The faculty at our time was not too experienced as it was the fresh batch and we are the super seniors. But now a days the faculty in baba farid is too good for any average studying student. And HOD of all the departments are lenient to student.
