Overall, it was a life time experience. apart from good academics college's pollution free environment was appreciable.
Entrance Preview
I have given entrance exam CEET in year 2001, during my higher school study (10+2) study.I scored 105 marks (rank 3750).
Course Curriculum Overview
Duration of course was 4 years, spread across 8 semesters.I opted for electronics and communication. 1st year was common for all branches. After that, specialized study started. enough practical classes were scheduled. In the last semester with exam, we have to submit a project also.
Internships Opportunities
During placement time, 4 companies for mechanical engg branch came. All are from Gugaon area. JBM (jai bharat maruti) Indian Army CMC tata2 companies for computer and electroncs engg stream. Companies name:Wipro, Quack softwares. Package offered that time was in range of 1.5 lakh to 3 lakh.
College Events
Every year tech fest used to happen. Apart from that sports meet and other cultural activity are part of each academic year. Lot of information about current going technology was spread across tech fest. White paper presentation also a part of academic curriculum. student used to take part with great enthusiasm.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In 2001, there were 2 kind of fee structure was there. all seats are divided in two parts. A type fee structure (20K per semester) was very nominal. But B type (paid seat) (50K per semester) was little expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
Nope, i am not aware of scholarship for general category, but for SC/ST and financially backward students they used to give some concession in fees.
Campus Life
Campus life was good in total. They are having nice labs, library and play grounds etc. Sports and fest were famous those days, every one use to take part in activity.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was awesome. Rooms were very clean and airy. No pollution at all. Mess was also one of the best mess in haryana. Food quality was at peak.
Alumni/Alumna
Our was 3rd group of that college. we have very good relations with our seniors. Even our college prompts alumni meet each year. Other good this, they use to arrange alumni meet not in college, but they use to arrange in other cities like Delhi, Bangalore etc. So that maximum number of passed out students can join that meet.
Exam Structure
Course contains of 8 semesters, so every 6 months we use to give exams. each semester contains 6-8 subjects. Apart from that every 2 months session class test also there to check periodically the learning growth of students.
Faculty
Faculty was having great teaching experience, they are like master of their subject. All are having in dept knowledge of respective stream. Good teaching method.
