Course curriculam is very stringent. Rest assured, you won't end up with a lot of free time in the weekends. The exam structure is like, there are 3 cycle tests of 25, 50 and 100 marks and then a sem-end exam. You've to score at least 51 to pass in any subject at the end of the semester. All thr cycle tests have their own share which adds up to the total. The sem-end exam has a value of 50 marks.

The placement is good enough. Nearly 70% of people get placed in the IT MNCs with a moderate package. The recruitment drive is like, first you need to write an aptitude test, wait for the merit list, get selected for the gd and pi (both technical and hr) and then, clear it to get the offer. The placement % is more than 96%. And yes, the institution arranged mandatory aptitude and coding classes for enabling more people to sit for all thr companies.

National level Techno-management fest known as Aaruush in September. Nearly, the footfall varies from 25k to 30k every year. And then, in March, we have our cultural fest known as Milan which is greater hit than the before. Engineering colleges generally have great fests. That is what keeps them going.

Fee structure: Tuition fees: 1.85L/year and hostel fees: 1L/year (non ac), apart from this some CDC fees, etc are there.which will be around 0.3L/year. The mode of payment is DD or online transactions. For admission, you've to pay nothing but yes to book a seat, you need to pay a token amount which gets subtracted from the tuition fees later on. Yes, the college provides apt transparency in the fee-breakdown.

Yes, the college offers scholarships to the top 10 students from every department. The eligibility criteria is nothing but the relative grading.

The gender ratio is around 55:45. Many workshops are held in each department and sometimes in the entire college as well which makes it an intra-department one. You can basically find an entire India in my college as students are there from basically every part of India. Normally, the locals comprise of around 20-25%.

Alumni network is good as they have an Alumni Association which keeps a track of every alumni. And they sonetimes organize Alumni talks so that they can share their bit of experience.

Nearly, in the month of April end or May beginning, they conduct their own entrance exam. They'll publish the report within 2 weeks and give the merit list. Based on which, you'll be classed into Phase 1, and Phase 2. And they start calling people for counseling in june beginning. The course starts by the final week of June.

The faculties of the college are mostly from Anna University in the age of 40-50. They do have a wide knowledge on whichever field they are teaching. Most of them are M.Tech (PhD) and some are also, Doctorates with a PhD. There are visiting professors as well. There will be around 4-6 lectures in a day each of 45mins. Apart from the lectures, there were enough workshops which were held to gain the industry experience.
