Positive is that it has a very good and maintained environment with the help of reputed and intelligent HODs and management people in the campus. Negative is only that it is situated at a very outskirts location of the city.

Course and syllabus is very well distributed. And labs occurs in a very good frequency. We have labs everyday where we are able to gain practical knowledge. And the classes are very regular with full attention of lectureres on the students.

Placement is the main reason why our college is known for. It brings us all the prestigious mnc's and also provides us with internship every year which also provides stipend. Stipend amount depends on every particular student according to their individual talents.

There are three major events that take place in national institute of technology jamshedpur namely, OJASS(the techno-management fest). Culfest (the cultural fest). Urja(the sports fest). There are also small branch fest all around the year.

The fee structure according the middle class family and according to the facility providd and placement provided. It is feasible. The total fees of B. tech per annum is 1 lac 45 thousands. And it also provides scholarship to the students according to the merit list prepared according to the 12th class marks.

Yes scholarship is provided to the students according to the merit list prepared according to the 12th class marks. Students achieved above 90% will get 30% scholarship, Students achieved above 80-90% will get 25% scholarship. Students achieved above 75-80% will get 15% scholarship.

Extracurricular activies are very frequent. There are workshops, student councils are there for different clubs like cultural club, photography club, cooking club, students welfare club, sports club, cocurricular activities club, singing club, dancing club.

The network between seniors and juniors are very soft. They are every helpful in every field where you want. They also do favour from their own for many good events and opportunities. Alumni visit also occurs frequently.

The process of selection is through the entrance exam, jee mains which happens twice a year all around india. The rank achieved decides the college and branch allocated. There are total 28 college in india which take admission via jee mains rank. The selection process do have some reservations for backward class people.

Faculty are of versatile nature, fully supporting, fully enthusiastic, talented and experienced. They are not only focussed on subjects but are also connected to every student and their problems and also concerned with their carriers.
