Remarks

As I said the college is one of the biggest turning points of my life. I will get a job due to this I am what I am today as opposed to a shy boy that entered in first year because of this college for me it is great.

Entrance Preview

Actually I was a medical student. So didn't particularly give any Engineering entrance test I like biotechnology.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It is a mix of some very difficult subjects and some fairly easy ones. So it is always a balanced semester haveing practical classes is fun as well as knowledgable Being a medical student in secondary classes had to face problems in first years' subjects like maths, electrical etc. But with time we managed to deal with those as well. The core studies start when we enter 2nd year. That's where the interest takes a peak we are shifted to our respective departments as opposed to a common curriculum for first year i.e. APPLIED SCIENCES.

Internships Opportunities

Usually the summer internships are done in the companies that have long ties with the college. Usually these are unpaid however, exceptions being there.

Placement Experience

4

The last year particularly was one of those years when almost all of the eligible students were placed for biotechnology, companies like MDI etc come over here that offer a decent salary package to youngsters like us.

College Events

4

Tech fests come on the first place!then there are art exhibitions, talent hunt programs, a well organised sports day.one of my personal favourites is the engineer's day! it involves a lot of activities!Last but not the least, there is the science fair. And believe me when i say this, that is one of the awesomest events of our college!

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is fairly feasible it is about 70000 per year about 10-11 thousand bus fee or 40,000 hostel fee inclusive of food etc. I by my understanding feel that it is very reasonable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well i am not that bright But yeah there certainly are enough scholarship opportunities and loan facilities offered by our college. The toppers are also given free books. Not only that first year students are issued few books permanently for the whole sem.

Campus Life

5

Campus life is ok i guess a fairly small campus that it is doesn't have much to offer. But all our needs are fulfilled which is fair enough for us I think.

Hostel Facilities

4

Ohh asking a hostler about the food in mess hahano its fine. I won't say its awesome. I wont say its bad its decent. Hostel rooms are spacious, clean and cozy all equipped with beds and study tables and a cupboard.

Exam Structure

The exams they do leave us hectic throughout the semester,Saying that I particulaly enjoy that and I think most of the people will agree when I say that they keep us busy as hell and yet we love it. I think that due to us being busy throughout we feel that the time here goes by crazy fast. with the blink of an eye u are in your final year which is great.

Faculty

5

I've got to admit this the faculty of our college has been one of the key reasons for making our college life even more beneficial Be it the academics,or the personal matters specially if one is a hostler myself being one the teachers have helped us in our every small as well as big problems. I am close to all of my teachers share a good bond with them as they are friendly and they are always willing to guide us. A special thanks to all our teachers that have been supporting me since the firts day of my college.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods, etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.
