Never go on the outer looks

The college is too strict in sectors and places not needed. The college staff is not that supportive if you're not that good in studies and less interactive. The motivation the staff provides is rather more demotivating than motivating. They comment negat

Had interest in Telecommunication. Heard that electronics is also a good branch. Wanted mechanical but because of low percentage i had to keep an option and well i did had to go for the option.

Curriculum is a lot behind the actual requirements of the companies in the market. When we get placed we start to really understand what we need to know and what we know is like 20 years ago. We study what is not being used even now.

Not done yet. College internship will be a last semester thing. I am still in the second year so i dont have any idea yet. But i dont think we do have internship from college. We have to do it on our own. May be i am wrong but i dont know that well. I am just in the 2nd year still.

No interviews occured as yet for our batch. Since i am still in 2nd year only, No interviews have been conducted for us. We will have our interviews in the last year mostly. But i have heard that only about 3-4% of the total students in that batch are placed.

The college has great events i had heard. But last year when i got admitted in this college just during the days and before the much awaited gathering and dj night, A murder occured in the college campus and all the events were cancelled and there was no more events held. So didnt get to experience the events.

The fees is too much. It's way too expensive and for the open category people it's like a punishment for taking engineering field. The fees for an year is about 1 lakh and there is no concession to it. No instalment options or anything. Fees is paid in a wholesome amount. For common man earning 20-25K a month it's difficult to manage 1 lakh every year for 4 years and still have no job guarantee.

None in our college. They want the whole fees at once and no loan facilities available through college i suppose.

No debates or robotics seminars are conducted. We were promised and given in the timetable a 2 hours of sports session every Saturday but they were always converted into theory lectures aas very disappointed by that.

No experience in that area. I dont live in the hostel. I dont live on rent either. Nor i live as a paying guest anywhere. I have my own house.

Not yet. I havent experienced the alumni since i am still a student. So i seriously dont know. The seniors are not that much in contact. Dont know many as yet. The seniors are still in college so havent experienced alumni themselves either.

We have online 2 online exams and then one written exam. Because of that we dont really get a break during the semester. We complete 2 units of syllabus and the exams are already here. It becomes hectic.

Faculty is not positively supportive at times. Also the faculty should let the students have some freedom of their own since its their college life.
