Entrance Preview

Mht CET. I scored 187 out of 200. And I choose to study Mbbs,As it's my dream to be a doctor and heal every patient who approaches me.

Internships Opportunities

It's still going on.Its a 1 year programme. Is not upto mark. We are supposed to work like paramedics. There no real doctor work more of a donkey work. Stipend is just rs.5800.And it's not in time. It comes Like 2 or 3 months later.Too much work and so less stipend.

Placement Experience

2.5

No placement for Mbbs course. We can either apply in hospital to work as a medical officer or study for pg entrance. Most of us including myself are going for further degree.

College Events

3.5

Traditional day as in most colleges.Vedant our inter college event that had sports, cultural and academics. Highlighting event is Harry Potter quiz and treasure hunt. HPL is hostel organised event, an intracollege event. 3rd element recently organised event where medical and engineering students come together to make medical equipments for a very cheap price.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Government institute. So it's reasonable. But our junior batches it's increased .Its around 24000 rs. Per year. But now it's increased to around 60000 rs.But still better than private colleges that is around 6 to 7 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't get any scholarship. People with caste gets scholarship. They get almost 80% fee refund.Books are provided for complete course.

Campus Life

3

Cultural, sports is good. but not that great like any other college. Focuses more on academics.Case presentations and symposium. No discrimination in any regards. All are considered equal in all regards.

Faculty

3

Faculty were students friendly. Teaching used to be by showing slides and videos. Group Discussion on various topics. Lecture cum demonstration. Actual patient case presentation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is highly planned and very vast. Regular revision is necessary to caver all subjects. All subjects are taught with high practical basis hence ensuring exposure and preparing for real life exposure. Teaching could be more consise and logic based. Main exams are every 2 to 3 months with difficulty slightly higher in term 2 than term 1.
