Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very good and designed according to current industry (corporate) requirements. The college has gotten autonomous status, so it enjoys modifying and updating the syllabus & curriculum as per the corporate & industrial requirements.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are very good. Almost all students get the placement. The college has very dedicated placement cell which invites more than 200 companies in campus for internship as well as for final placement. Stipend for internships range from 0-15000 Rs/month.Companies like HDFC Bank, HDFC AMC, ICICI Bank, ITC, Aditya birla Finance and sun life, Pantaloons, Asian paints, Thermax, Bajaj Finserve, Reliance retail and many others come for internships & placements.

College Events

Curious -case study competition, Talentine- annual gathering. The competitions and festivals of college are very big, about 1000 students of indira group participate every year in annual gathering, case study competitions are organized at national & international levels

Fee Structure And Facilities

About 5 lac Rs fees is required for two years including tution, development and other components. The exam fees are to be paid separately prior to each semester. The fee structure is feasible considering the ROI because one can expect avg package 5-6lpa from this Institute.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is not that good as compared with the fees they take for the same. The Hostel students have certain restrictions regarding their evening outings. The food quality is also not that good.

Admission

Indira Institute of management is well known for its placement & quality of education. The marketing management course in this college is very famous.

Faculty

Highly qualified faculty. Most of them are PhD holders. Teaching methodology is also very good and efficient. The teaching happens through different group activities and presentations as well. Case studies from renowned business schools like Harward business reviews and news analysis of articles from leading business newspapers like Business standard, economic times are also discussed and emphasized on regular basis.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after completing 2nd semester and entering in 3rd semester. Attendance is compulsory for getting the opportunity for placements. The companies like IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, Property pistol, Godrej Capital are available for placements. The highest paid package is 9.75 for sales and marketing. Till now( 3rd semester) 60% to 70% students are placed. There are more opportunities for sales and marketing as compared to other fields.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!

I chose indira institute of management pune over other colleges because of its strong reputation affialtion with savitribai Phule Pune University and the well structured BBA Program. The practical learning,industry exposure and supportive faculty make it stand out from other options that i considered. I had applied to a few other institutes but this college offered a better insfrastructure and an engaging campus life which played a major role in my decision.
