Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good and the exam structure is okay. Could be better in terms of questions and pattern. Checking should also be improved. The faculty is capable of doing much more. The curriculum is satisfactory

Placement Experience

Internships offered are not very good. Not everyone gets an internship through college and the brands which come aren’t that great either. The final placements are good in terms of the number of people getting placed. But the quality of companies coming is not good and can be improved. Same for the packages. The career division is highly disappointing and biased. It’ll drain the college down eventually.

College Events

Annual fest Genisus, sports events quite frequently, the participation is moderate. The buzz around them could improve and so can the performances. It’s not up to the mark at all, as compared to what some other colleges are doing.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive. Based on ROI and the kind of companies that come for placements. The fee has been increased lately, and it has not increased the packages that the students get. So it might go against the future aspirants

Admission

Cleared cutoff through XAT, and then there was an interview.

Faculty

The faculty is super qualified and we are lucky to have them. The college survives because of the quality of faculty it has. The way of teaching varies, but overall no complaints. They try their best

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Curriculum is highly Economics focused hence the name Business Economics. Its a plus point for people coming from Economics background however others struggle a bit. All in all one needs to study really hard.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.
