Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very up to date and also according to the marketing standards. The subjects give an in detail explaination of the market trends. There is a trimester system followed. Wherein a mid term and end term occurs every one and half week.

Placement Experience

The placements opportunities are upto the market standards. And near to what are shown in third brochures. The average package is around 10LPA and stipends for internships are also considerably fine. One can achieve good

College Events

The major festivals are celebrated which not much excitement. The college is more progressional, and few cultural events are celebrated. Though their is a cultural fest which takes place every years.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is really expensive. It takes 15,00,000 for the two year program. They take the fees in around four instalments which are equally distributed. The hostel fees is not included in this amount.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted for the hostel. But according to the experience of my peers, the hostels are in a bond with some agency and they are not up to the mark and not very hygienic. It is better to opt for a PG

Admission

The college takes in students based on the CAT percentile after which a shortlisted is released followed by a GD-PI process. After which a further short list is released which includes the selected students

Faculty

The faculty of the college is not upto the mark. There are few experienced teachers, and few inexperienced so it’s a mixture of both. The faculty is enough to be teach the entire batch. Teachers are holding a PHD degree

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Curriculum is highly Economics focused hence the name Business Economics. Its a plus point for people coming from Economics background however others struggle a bit. All in all one needs to study really hard.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.
