Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects are well defined for an effective performance of a nursing professional under various circumstances and situations. The courses covers all the areas of medical science and especially about the nursing part which plays a important role in day to day operations in a hospital. The practical classes are very useful to practice real time situations.
Placement Experience
After I completed my PG, the placement cell helped me to find opportunities across hospitals in India, also there were campus interviews happened. Fortunately, due to my references by my family friend I got a offer in gulf with excellent package
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee was about 1,40,000. This does not include hostel, canteen or transportation fees. The fees has to be paid yearly for 2 years. There is also community fees which means for field trips and other related activities. Mostly for local workshop there will be any charges. But if we go out for other states, there will be a charge which is not high.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities like medical camps inside and work the campus usually happens. Also culture activities for national and traditional festivals happens which will make us more excited and fun. The main attraction is the free workshop for poor and needy in rural areas are really good.
Admission
After I completed my UG in Nursing in a different college which I want to keep in confidential, I applied in Oxford after lots of research because it would decide my future career . After I completed my 1.6 years of job in a well known hospital in Bangalore, After the interview which was basically on the experience I had during my job and about my mental strength during emergency situation experience. I got selected.
Faculty
Faculties are very much educated in the medical field so that they share many examples of the situation they faced and how to react during emergency and how to interact with people during those periods. They also teaches us psychology which is very important in nursing field on how to support patients and their families.
