Bsc computer science has semester system and a duration of 3 years. There course structure is very good and focuses on a lot of research and practicals. The days are generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

The institution has a career counselling and placement cell which provides with many opportunities to the students. There are internships and jobs for the students. Many firms like HDFC, kotak, Reliance, samsung, Tata, Vodafone etc come and recruit the students.

The Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT) was established under the Act No. 31, 2001 of Uttar Pradesh Government. To get admission, the student should have 10 +2 from a recognized Indian Board and will have got ake an online test applicable for Under Graduate courses conducted for the students for analyzing their basic knowledge. This test is of 45 minutes duration. Based on the results, the selected students will be called for the admission.

The faculty of the institution is very good. They are well qualified and trained with a great experience. They have good command over their respective subjects. They also encourage students in every possible way and help them when they need.
