Remarks

The reason to opt Chandigarh university to me was its good facilities, placement stats, and a healthy environment. After joining CU my life got tremendous changes. I use to hate math but I love my maths now. I use to code like noob before but i am a kind of pro now. On the first day, all the staff is made to meet with rules, faculty and new friend.

Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is my first course. In BCA we are made to do more practical then stick to notebooks. We are made to spend time with computer coding and learning new things. CU faculty is very big in number.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are made to go through different tests which make them trained for placement drive. The college encourages entrepreneurship and startup. CU students have many patents registered through university, University takes no fees to register a patent.

Campus Life

Campus life is hardworking and enjoyable in CU. Every year there are many fest and events. Some fests are 2-3 weeks long. All the books and journals of every topic are available in the block library. There are many but one i remember is cucoders. It is run by a student for coding competition for other students.

The college provides us a good placement drives including internships job opportunities . Good enviroment but bad accomodation

Placement Experience:

for the placements for bca is not very good for getting placement u dont have to get backlog in any subject. not good companies are coming this year in the collgege. they give you 2 options that is on campus and off campus placement but due to not many good companies come in the placement many students in bca opt for offcampus placement in this year. and if any company come in college for bca mostly they are for sales position with less stipend

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
