Specialised college under Amity University

The course curriculum is very well design and laid. Since it is a specialised kind of a course of BBA the syllabus is designed keeping in mind the demand of the industry. Exams are held in semester wise manner. Two semester exams are conducted in one single year. Practical and theoretical both exams as a part of semester examination.

Amity University is known for its good placement rate and since our college is under it placement can be expected to be good. College has tied up with various firms which come for campus placement each year. Though it is not possible that everyone gets a good placement offer however everyone atleast gets a placement Offer. In terms of internship the college provides internship that is the International internship which is a unique program of the college. One can also look for internship on his own as well.

The fee of our college is somewhat higher than other private colleges offering this course. For a 3 year program one has to spend around 10 to 12 lacs. The fee has to be submitted in a semester wise manner that is one particular year you have to submit the fees twice.

State Government of Maharashtra offers scholarships to students from reserved categories, educationally backward classes, or below poverty line provided that they are the domicile of the state. Apart from the state offered scholarship the central government offer scholarship through National scholarship portal. Educational loans are also offered by both the private sector and public sector banks.

In terms of extra-curricular activities the college has much to offer. There are good indoor and outdoor sports facilities which allows for staging of regular sporting events. Apart from that events like Independence Day, Republic Day, and Annual fest etc are celebrated from time to time. Infrastructure wise I can say that our college is quite good.

I made an application online on the official website of the college. Post that I received a call from the college where am I was called for admission test. After qualifying admission test I was granted the admission in the program and was asked to complete all the procedural formalities to take admission. I opted for the college because one of the popular college imparting education in infrastructure in real estate domain with a touch of environment sustainability. Looking to pursue BBA and this unique and specialised program in urban infrastructure and development give me just that what I was looking for.

Faculty of our college is very experienced and has a vast knowledge in the domain of infrastructure and real estate business. Many of the professors have served in the industry as a professional. They Utilize this knowledge in teaching and help the students understand the basics of the subject while giving them an insight of the corporate domain.
