Course Curriculum Overview
I selected Electrical Engineering and the curriculum our college follows is satisfactory. The exams happen twice in every semester and unless you follow the portions strictly it is hectic work to cover all portions and score well.
Placement Experience
The college does send us on project visits where we get to work on real projects as well as watch work get done. This gives us a chance to put in all our bookish knowledge to practice. At the end of the course, placements happen. The students of the university I hear always excel in placement interviews owing to the training we are subjected to.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is 60000 per sem which amounts to a 2.4 lakh for the whole course. I found it a bit expensive. Anyhow the institution provides the best of facilities. They provide us good labs, great library as well as language labs to improve our speaking skills. There are
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are encouraged very much especially sports. We also have cultural fests arranged by the college. The gender ratio is very much balanced. I did not face any tolerance issues as such. The college has got cells where we can lodge complaints in case we have to face any such issues.
Admission
Application is made online where you have to fill all personal and academic details. It's necessary you should have followed ascience stream in your +1 and +2. The admission happens on merit basis. What made me chose Shyam University was their excellent faculty as well as the training the college offers to equip the children for job opportunities which O couldn't find in many other universities.
Faculty
The faculty is excellent at our University. They put in good effort in their work and it shows. The portions are finished as per schedule and the revision done before our exams. I'm very much happy with the faculty.
