Course Curriculum Overview

This course which I have chosen and currently pursuing is for continuous three years. This course deals with the mass and means of communication and involves dealing with it and knowing more about it. The exam structure is organised to not pressurize the students.

Placement Experience

The facility of providing internships or job opportunities isn't available in our college. Students need to find job opportunities on their own or they might go for the option of pursuing higher studies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the first year is Rs.47,500/- which is the same for the rest of the two years. In total, it amounts to Rs.1,42,500/- which is the best price for such an course as this is expensive.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities include playing games within the campus. The gender ratio is equal as the males are equal to females more or less. No discrimination takes place on any grounds and Ragging is strictly prohibited. It has a beautiful soothing atmosphere.

Admission

Completely admission is dependable on the marks I have scored in my 12th examination. On the basis of this percentage, admission will be done through the first list or maybe through the second list as much known.

Faculty

Faculty members are great in the sense that they cooperate with the students to a great extent and spread their knowledge through their different ways of teaching. They encourage the students a lot in every possible way.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Im really not into mathematics and science my hobbies and strong catch was always on literature subjects and speaking and when I had completed my 10th I was always searching for the course where my intrest was lying and I finally found Journalism. The curriculum of this particular field is really practical and always prepares you for field . There is no such rocket science applied to this course . This particular field moulds the students to be always prepared for field experiences. And if we talk about the examinations here in our college this paper was held yearly which really gave us time to prepare for more better results.

My Journey at BGU

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. Companies like Adfactors, PR Hub, Value 360, etc, typically visit offering various roles. The highest package could be around 8lakhs depending on the company and role. Approximately 70 to 80% of students secure placements. And plan after getting the degree is to continue my post-graduation, I aspire to pursue further studies and join a reputed firm to gain experience.

Minimum 75% u got a placement of for a job and company takes to with you, it's the best process I ever go through, my plans is after getting the degree in for mass and media lines as an anchor on the news channel

Read this before joining BGU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course mainly because I was passionate about writing. This course gives good exposure to different career opportunities, not only in television but also in radio. Fluency in English is one of the many benefits of this course. The faculty to students ratio is well maintained as per the official guidelines (1:35). All the papers have specialized teachers. The faculty members are friendly and well be informed about the subject. They encourage all the students to develop skills. The assignments given by them are quite interesting. To sum it up, you get one of the best faculties available for this course. The semester-end exams are held every 4 months and there are assignments and internal assessments between that. The exams are quite easy to pass, just a thorough knowledge of the subject is required. You would mostly be asked questions to test your understanding of the subject.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH BIRLA

Placement Experience:

The placements in Birla School of communication are good. Most of my seniors are placed in prominent corporate houses or media channels. We have an active WhatsApp group where alumni keep in contact and share their knowledge and suggestions. Many companies including Genesis, zee entertainment, Ad factors, Tata, Kechum Sampark, inshorts, etc visit the campus for recruitment. Most of my seniors are happily placed in big companies and they are quite content.

Yes, the internships and placements Birla provide are really good. They give placements in the last semester. So many good companies visit us for eg, ZEE, Kayak News etc and I am planning to do public relations or do my masters in this same college.

Perks of BGU

Placement Experience:

For getting placements, I need to atleast reach the end of the 3rd year of my college. I've just started my 2nd year now. However, my seniors, have perfectly gotten good placements at really fine places. To date, I've done atleast 3 internships in my 1st year of colllege, all provided by BGU. A good number of students are really brilliant and talented and hence the percentage of students getting well-placed crosses a really fine line.

Eligibilty of the BBA Programe was above 55% in past examination. To find the application form of addmission it can be find in the autonomous room. The eligibility criteria for this particular BJMC course is the student must be 10+2 pass with minimum 40%. You can the other details about the college, application and admission process in their respective webpage named as rimsedu.ac.in. . The examinations for BJMC is held on a yearly basis and for the other course it is semester wise regularly on basis of 6 months .
