The course is designed to develop leadership and management skills among the students. The curriculum is combined with case studies, projects, industrial visits, group discussions etc. The exams are application based which test the critical thinking and problem solving abilities of the students.

The college provides on campus recruitment facilities for the students. The requirement for the programme is graduation in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum of 50 per cent marks. A valid score in qualifying exams like CAT/CMAT or like exams. Online admission form should be filled and submitted with required documents. Admission will be granted on the basis of academic score and scores of qualifying exam through a merit list.
