Abhishek's Review On IIFA Multimedia, Bangalore

My course is B.Sc in Fashion Designing. The course curriculum stretches to 3 years with 6 semesters and consists of subjects that teach Designing, Manufacture, Sale of apparels and also the fundamentals of the Fashion Design world.

The placements in our college are good with various companies visiting each year with great jobs and offering good salaries. Even before the masters a lot of students get good internships right after their bachelors.

The fee structure is feasible in our college. The total fees for the B.Sc course is 1,80,000 rupees. The fee for each year is 60,000 rupees. This is very less compared to other colleges in the region and the college provides good education.

Our college provides good scholarships to the economically poor candidates. These candidates can only apply for the scholarship in the 2nd or 3rd year of college. They will be granted scholarship if they are proven eligible for it.

As we are studying Fashion Designing, our college hosts designing competitions, fashion shows and calls various designers to conduct workshops and seminars. We also have other student oriented events like Freshers and Farewell.

The hostel facility in our college is very good. We have 24 hours security. There is 24 hours hot water facility. The mess food is hygienic, tasty and served at proper time. The hostel rooms are spacious.

For admission in B.Sc, I had to write an entrance test that was conducted by the college. The college makes the selection of students on the basis of test scores. After the selection I reported to the college to submit my documents and pay the fees.

The faculty of our college is experienced and provide us with thorough theoretical and practical knowledge. All of them are qualified professionals that provide us a great learning experience in their respective subject.
