Remarks

I completed my LLB from Arunodaya Institute of Legal Studies. The college was pretty good and also had some cons. But overall I liked the college as the seniors and faculties were quite good and helpful to me. The college infrastructure was also quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The college is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University and follows the rules, guidelines and syllabus drafted by it. The syllabus is quite good and covers all the essential topics and subjects related to law and judiciary. The course is on a semester wise approach, so the exams are held at the end of each semester

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements and job opportunities are average at the campus. Most students applied off-campus. Meritorious students are easily placed in good firms by the college or by the help of faculties. One can also start working as a legal advisor at any firm.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee for my whole course duration of LLB of 3years was around 1 lakh which was to be paid in instalments each year. The fee is quite feasible as LLB is a costly course. There are different government scholarship opportunities also available to students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are various national and state scholarships which can be availed and further info on them is available at the college website. Fee concession is also available for meritorious students who perform best throughout the year.

Campus Life

4.5

There are different extracurricular activities hosted by the college including cultural and sports activities like dance competition, fashion shows, quiz, debates etc. Both indoor and outdoor sports are facilitated by college. The college labs and libraries are also quite good and well equipped

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel provided by the college is well furnished and can accommodate around 500 students. The food served in mess is also quite good, healthy and hygienic. Strict rules are imposed on college hostels to provide security to students.

Admission

Admission for the college is available through both counselling and direct admission mode on first come first serve basis. I took admission here via direct admission mode by providing respecting documents and submitting a portion of my fee.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty of the college is a nice, humble and experienced group of professional teachers who are very helpful either it is a doubt or practicals. The teachers are always there to teach us the essential without making us feel belittled.

It is better to start internship in 2nd or 3rd year for proper legal understanding before a student graduates from the college. The college will provide practical knowledge but it does not encounter proper real life situatons.
