Entrance Preview

GATE in Electronics and communications engg .Admission is on the basis of GATE score Merit List for 13 seats. There is 5 seats for industry or educatinal institute sponsored candidates. They need to under go interview process and must have atleast 2 years experience .

Internships Opportunities

Yes it was good ,I got experience in ST Micro electronics Greater noida With 12k stipend. Now people are also getting 25k stipend for 1 year internship progeams. Its depends on you. Which company and brand you got selected for internship programme.

Placement Experience

I got offers from Aricent Technologies with 3.80 in 2009. As this time was global economic recession .Cu?rently I am working in samsung with good packages and perks with just 5 yrs of exp and getting 6 figures salary.Companies like Tata moters, STMicro, TCS, Infosysy, Einfochips, john deer takes students for internship and then absorb them.

College is in takshila campus of DAVV indore. Cultural and management events happened with other department. Annul day is also celebrated. For technical quiz comptions etc also happen. Industry Expert knowledge sharing experience,workshops are organised.

Gate qualified candidates get the scholership peovided by AICTE. No other facility is not available for scholarship in MTech course.

The IT course here offers 2 tracks or specializations, one is in "smart mobility systems engineering" and the other is "intelligent information systems engineering". The former covers cryptography and cyber security aspect and the later is a bit more AI/ML focused. The curriculum helps students understand how verious ML algos. work and why do they work.

Placement Experience:

The placement starts coming at the end of 6th sem or beginning of 7th. You can expect around 15-20 companies to visit. Recently there have been visits by carwale, quantiphi, cognizant, Cape Gemini, Infosys, Kfintech, TCS. All of them had their packages in the range 6-8 lpa. Highest packages reach around 20LPA for a handful of students as one of a good company might visit Like Intuit, Zscaler, Deustche Bank While obviously some students crack off camps and recieve even better options 60-70 percentage of students can get placed here My plans are doing Masters incase I don't get a good enough job.

Placement Experience:

There are lots of student apply for placements once in a time few got placed but company like tsc capgemeni took mass hiring from college. In 7 or 8 semesters students was allowed to sit in placemnet. Studnets are placed in company got joinning in short perioud of time abd they also provide offer letter to them. I want to get placemnet in good company compnay with higher packages. Like 9 to 10 lpa
