GMAT. I just had an interview with the director. But basically it was a management quota seat. KMAT is given preference in this institution and I couldn't appear for KMAT, as you need to have formal 7 years of education to be eligible for that. I has only 3 years.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course Curriculum include Marketing, HR, Accounts, Operations, Systems, etc across various semester. It was the curriculum under Bangalore University.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internship from a PSU. I didn't get any stipend. But the learning was immense. I got a gist of how an organization functions. And what it takes to market it products in rural and urban.

Placement Experience

2

Frankly speaking, placement was very bad. In the name of placements most of the time they used to send us to walk-ins to other venues.

College Events

3

The college was only confined to events. They were lot worried about marketing. They left no stone unturned. Even Bollywood celebrities were invited for promotions of their movies. And musical events were organized too. College used to participate in sports a lot.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is too high/ 5.25 lacs for MBA for people joining under GMAT. But KMAT is a big relief for those eligible as you can do your MBA in 2.5 lacs. And in the name of Donations they used to charges upto 1 lakh rupees.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have no idea. I don't think so they had any such options. If you pay the fees late. Fine was huge and you don't get examination hall tickets

Campus Life

3.5

Gender ratio was almost equal. But they give more facilities and importance to muslims. Because the owner of the group was muslim. But overall it was not bad.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior were very helpful. They used to share their knowledge and the way life would be after college. Now we realize how it is. We are in regular touch with batch mates and some of the seniors.

Exam Structure

Exam was like nightmare. Surprise test may happen anytime. An if you score less it affects your internals. Also assignments were too much.

Faculty

4

Faculties were the best in Bangalore. That's the only reason I joined this college. They has vast industry experience and some were even entrepreneurs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Admission:

Admissions are granted on the basis of PGCET conducted by the VTU university in order to offer admissions to a PG program. I applied for the MBA program by downloading the form. You have to pay the application form fee, as well. After that I was called for the counselling process. The management was very much supportive during the admission process.
