Remarks

The washourooms on some floors had light bulbs which were not functioning anymore. But noone changed it

Course Curriculum Overview

5

As an individual who knew nothing about the business management, I learnt quite new things apart from the text book during the lectures as the lecturers used to give relatable example of the textbook explanation to understand better. Examination in total course were 6 with 75:25 pattern i.e 75 marks for written and 25 marks for presentations. Which not only gives one presentation experience but also makes one a better comunicator with other professionals. Apart from this the professional behaviour are also thought within the course.

Placement Experience

3

At the end of academics there were companies like yes bank, Hdfc bank and kotak bank who used to carry round of interviews for every individual who wish to apply for job, there was no qualifications for or minimum requirement for the job placement anyone who wanted to work and is studying in either 3 years can apply for the job.

College Events

5

Every year there were college events after the valentine's week and the college days and the annual function were carried out which is celebrated in evening at 6 to 10 at night also there are Garba nights arrangements in the college itself for the students

Fee Structure And Facilities

College accepted fees thourough cheque in 1st year it was 16K in 2nd year it was 17k and 3rd year it was 18k so looking at the fees structure it was expensive for some people but college had reservation for specific castes for them it was less for every course

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't opted for any scholarship or education loan however the college did offer scholarship opportunities for students with sports history or for students whose parents were in government services

Campus Life

4.5

The equipments and accessories of computer labs were good as the college is quite big there were many good equipments for learning and separate space for each equipment were provided for required courses such as biology or chemistry. Also there were no discrimination against the gender race or religion. However washourooms on some floors didn't have light bulbs.

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors provided SOME help (not very much) regarding the mathematical subjects but considering the low interaction with them it wasn't really expected from them

Admission

This college was close to my house and had newly started the course I wanted to persue. As I qualified my 12th Boards with good percentage was qualified for the course. The minimum percentage required is 65. Admission process for this course is quite simple by just filling out a form on their website which creates us the account on which we can veiw our exam timetable / results too.

Faculty

4.5

Every day there consisted of 6 lectures on 45 mins each and all the facilities working with the department Masters of Business Administration and experienced in teaching. The Head of the Department was a great individual who has written couple of books of the subject that we studied in the Course.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the course alone can't prepare you for real world applications. It's important to learn some skills before getting into job market. The course is pretty theory based and doesn't have a practical approach. The only skill thing that college helps with is public speaking through presentations. The teaching methods are also very much traditional type. So it's better to learn some extra skills and get experience, that can help you get your ideal job.
