Remarks

The good remark about the college is the regular classes and weekly test and bad remark is poor college placement percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The thing is that college is working inthis direction from last 1-2 years and yes the college is continuously working on these types of activities but there is no such regularity of these types of activities. Here academics are good. There are regular classes, weekly test, project report, viva etc but these extra curricular activities are not conducted in a wide sphere. They emphasize more on academics rather than giving any industry specific knowledge or regular visits of these institutions. Basic knowledge is given here which remains helpful thouroughout the placement but not any specific knowledge is given.

Placement Experience

2

The placement percentage in the college is very low. As I already told that college has started working in this direction about only 1-2 years ago and still the object is not fully achieved. Yet the percentage of college placement is not good but it gonna be good in few years. College is taking special steps for the purpose.

College Events

3.5

The college conduct National level moot court competition every year in which teams from all over India participate. Apart from that college have 2 inter semester moot court competition at college level. Apart from these it also have cultural fest, sports meet, dhun, seminars, competition etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as it has a fee of ?43,000 per semester. It is a slef financed course. College accept DD or thourough bank challan. Last year the college started taking payment thourough online mode. No extra fee need to be paid for the purpose of securing the seat.

Fees and Financial Aid

No college does not offer any specific scholarship other than those provided by the government to specified classes of citizens. Education loan can be taken.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is a combination of school life and college life.as the class are regular and weekly test is there, hence it gives a feeling of school but apart from that college life is there. Gender ratio is 60-40 or 65-35. Normal extra curricular activities are conducted in the college as I mentioned above.

Hostel Facilities

1

No the college don't have its own hostel but there are pg's in that area where you can stay. The pg's are at a distance of 1-2 km from the college and at walking distance from the main university entrance. The fee for pg is average around 4000-6000 per person including food also.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the alumni network and conversation with senior students is the plus point of this college. The alumni are very friendly and the seniors have regular meeting with the junior which helps them in their curricular and extra curricular activities. I'm telling this thing according to my experience. Seniors are of good nature and alumni visit college at regular intervals.

Admission

I wanted to build up my career in law stream and decided to join a state university for purpose of pursuing my law graduation. It is the only college which is under the state university and also I found it suitable than any other colleges in Jaipur Rajasthan. For the selection purpose it has 3 stages Entrance exam Group discussion Personal interview And after that merit list is published which contains combination of marks of all 3 stages. The syllabus for entrance test published at the time of notification and generally the entrance held in the month of June. It has 120 seats.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are good, even the faculties of some subjects are best in their specific area. There are young lecturers, assistant and associate professor and for some subjects retd. Senior prof. are also there. Some teachers are best, some are average and most of the teachers hold certificates or industry experience. Yes some teachers are very good in their subject and are good in providing a clarity to the students on the topics while some teachers are average in performance. Teachers belong in the age group of 25-50.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Thr curriculum is designed in a way as a usual law college but the benefit of this college is that we have legal aid clinic , which the students have the opportunity to join. In curriculum we also have variety of electives till 4th yearof college. Which i think is good as students might get the opportunity to explore other subjects related to law and not related to law. The exams are held twice a semester and the difficulty level depends upon the faculty setting the question paper. Usually the difficulty level is of othe law universities. For improvement wise i dont have any suggestions

Placements from the campus for law students is not that good and honestly I don't think the student should rely on the campus placements instead they can participate in different events and improve their CV for getting a good job . The internships play a vital role in the career of a law students . Law students mainly focus on the judiciary exams and if not that then they can go for the corporate sector or litigation after that . Else they can also prepare for other exams such as UPSC or also go for higher education
