this is one of the finest college in kashmir province

Fair because despite a job i had to study and used to study during exam time only which restricted my percentage in graduation to 47 percent only. I got the marks for what i wrote in the paper. Govt Degree College Boys Anantnag is affiliated to kashmir university

No placement takes place in our college mostly students study in order to get a govt job or admission for higher education in university

Seminars, Dramas, Quizes, Sports Events are very much often the co-curricuular activities of the college apart from studies. Many students take part in the field where they could do best and show thier talent. Apart from this college has a conference hall where seminars and events take place

Almost free because it is a govt college there is no monthly or semester fee but yes for sure admission fees is there which has to be paid annually when joining other class which doesnt mount more tgan rs 2000 a year. Apart from this we have to pay examination fee which is below 1000 a year

No i personally have not got any scholarship but the college gives scholarship to students who live in the families of below poverty line

No i have not opted but it has hostel for students who belong to ST category these hostels are free of cost to them. The rooms are clean and tidy and college provides equality in education yo the students below the poverty line

Join this college and study well. It is government college with most teachers having doctorate degrees who have good knowledge of the subject

Direct admission for BSc in year 2012 and in same year i drop out and went to another college to pursue where i got a job in my second semester and dropped Btech to to join office and continued my studies again from Govt degree college Boys anantnag as private candidate as B.A and on the other hand continued my regular job

Since i had to study from home i was not in direst touch with the faculty as i was pursuing graduation in private mode. However it is government college and alnost allbproffessors are doctorates. So i give the 8 points out of 10 for their conduct during exams
