The college follows the curriculum prescribed by MCI. In the session 2019-2020, some changes have been introduced for betterment of the future doctors. Teachers are cooperative. One can also do various researches under guidance of the teachers hear. In MBBS, 4 prof exams are there which are conducted by AKU.

Saraswati puja is celebrated once a year. College fest is celebrated in the month of february for 7 days. Teachers day is also celebrated and is organised by the 1st year students. Republic day and independence day are also celebrated both by the admisitration abd the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its very feasible. Does not cost more than 20, 000 per year in total including all fees (tutuion fee, hostel fee, exam fee) except mess fees. The mess fees is around 2500 per month. The process of fee payment is transparent and reciepts are provided. No extra charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships can be obtained from NSP depending upon your eligibilty. Loans are easy to get as MBBS course makes you a trustworthy borrower.

Almost all batches have almost equal no. of boys and girls. No discrimination on the basis of gender. No college politics. Active participation of boys as well as girls is seen in all events. Women are also safe. Faculty are also not communal and show no partiality on any basis.

Yes, Hostels are quite good. Each batch has separate hostel for them with attached mess. There are 6 boys hostels and 5 girls hostels. Hostel rooms are well ventilated and illuminated. The hostela have badminton courts and football feild. Gyms are also going to open shortly.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, Very helful. The alumni association is called the Old Boys Association. They always keep checking on the students if we have any problems or needs.

Admission

I had qualified NEET UG which is conducted by NTA once a year. After which I had participated in UGMAC (Undergraduate Medical Admission counselling) conducted by BCECE following which I got the admission in the college based on my NEET rank and score.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty is cooperative and highly intelligent. They are also supportive. Each teacher holds a master's degree in their respective department. The clinical faculty are also good as they focus more on applied clinical knowledge while not ignoring the bookish knowledge.

The frequency of exams is a headache to be honest . There is 1 semester coming up within every 4 to 5 weeks which makes it stressful for us. Moreover the teaching methods are decent. This course is indeed a challenging one!

As it is a medical college, no amount of lectures would suffice for you to clear the exams unless you're doing self studies. Content taught in classes is satisfactory. Additional plans from Marrow or Prep are needed

I opted for mbbs which is obvious as i had qualified neet exam. Mbbs is a degree which gives us a day to day exposure to the common people. It's a degree of service, which includes a day/night work without any complaint, but not now as I'm currently in 2nd year only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a medical college, it always has an environment of focus and consciousness. I have chosen MBBS because I want to be a focused student in my life. I want a disciplined life, which is also a beauty of this course. MBBS develops you as a sincere - sensible and soft personality. In each department of our college, there are 3 to 4 teaching and non-teaching staff and our batch strength is of 170 students and there are totally more than 15 departments in MBBS course, so now you have an idea about the faculty Nad student ratio of our college. Faculty members are excellent in every department of our college be it the Undergraduate department or postgraduate department they are well qualified and renowned and they are great doctors too, they have wonderful art and experience of producing successful doctors. As a medical college, here 1st priority is study and assessment of students so exams are on time and obviously it has a difficult curriculum, which needs lots of hard work and dedication.
