Only one sports festival is organized thouroughout the year. No investment is done on grounds. Hostel services are excellent. Mess food is also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very strange for 1st year students. For example if you are Computer Science student then you will be taught physics, chemistry, mechanical, electrical which is completely useless. Also every student in the university is made to study subjects like French, Behavior science and Minor until their last semester. Course structure is not focused for research work. Labs are usually of 2 hours which is more than enough. Exam structure is divided into 2 parts. Internal (30M) and external (70M). In Internal 15M is for mid sem exams, 5M for attendance and 10M for assignments/tests/etc. In external 70 M is the End Semester Examination.

There is complete gender equality and everyone is treated equally in the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel's infrastructure is 10/10. Rooms and toilets are being cleaned every day. There are pockets in hostel which comprises of 3 rooms. In each room 2 students live together. In the pocket there is a common toilet and washouroom for all 6 students. Hostel seats are well sufficient. If you choose PG then monthly cost will be around Rs 6-10 thousand.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni and seniors remain in contact with their juniors. They guide us how to prepare for internships and placements. My one of the senior who was doing his MBA told me how to prepare for MBA exams and how to aim for your favorite college.
Admission
I wanted to do Computer Science Engineering, so I filled the form online at amity.edu for the exam Amity Jee. In the form I was able to choose from different streams like Computer Science, Mechanical, civil, electrical, etc. I choose Computer Science because it has vast scope. I also got to choose from different campus like Noida, Jaipur, Gwalior, Gurgaon, etc. I chose Gwalior. After giving Amity Jee my admission letter came with all the details.
Faculty
Courses are allotted after proper discussion with the faculties. So, it means no faculty is being forced to teach a subject he or she is not comfortable with. Most of the faculties have done the post graduation and some have done PHD also. While some are pursuing PHD in the university itself. Every faculty teaches with great interest and enthusiasm. They are very interactive as well.
