Remarks

According to education, our college is the best in its way. But coming to the fest it recieves just 2 points on a scale of 10. If we have to tell in a single line 'education is gained here, but you have to sacrifice your enjoyments'. This makes the institution negative in students point of view. Also strict rules should be followed by students here.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum was pretty good but as our college follows Jawaharlal Nehouru Technological University's syllabus,it was not useful for GATE exam. So we have to go to coaching institutes seperately. Coming to exam structure, our college follows JNTUK time table as our college is affiliated to it. But a year back, our college has become autonomous which inturn making students to prefer their likely subjects which are helpful in future. The exams for autonomous students are conducted by our college alone.

Placement Experience

3.5

Coming to placements, many companies are coming here to hire students. Also some of the MNC's like Wipro,TCS,Infosys, etc.are hiring students of our college. The students here are also getting placed whenever they are going to outside colleges for placements. Our college do provide internships for diploma students &as far as I know,no stipend is offered for the trainees but a certificate will be given.

College Events

4

Every year, our college celebrates aagama,a national level technical paper presentation, poster presentation, quiz, working model expo and many other. But fest is not celebrated every year, this is the reason why students are not joining in our college. Many events like youth day,jal diwas day, business workshops etc are conducted by MIC Institute's Innovation Cell(IIC)

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the government of Andhoura Pradesh is providing fee reimbursement for the students qualified for AP EAMCET,also the current government is offering students with full reimbursement and extra 20,000 rupees for the mess &hostel fee inorder to improve the BRICS ratio. So the fee structure is feasible, literally free, students are just needed to pay only their exam fee, building fee, etc. The students who are not qualified for EAMCET have to pay upto 1 lakh/annum including bus fee.this becomes a little bit expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Government's full fee reimbursement is the best scholarship awarded. Some of the reserved candidates will be availing the scholarship from government. Also some students who are getting scholarships from voluntary organisations.

Campus Life

4.5

Labs are conducted as per the syllabus of JNTUK. Sports are given equal preference with study. Students who are good at extracurricular activities are given a chance to show their talent and are helped by management incase if Financial problems.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes,they are helpful. One of our proffesors has created a telegram group in which the senior students can offer us the jobs their respective companies are offering. Also they are helpful in guiding us on the right path to our career. Also some of the alumnus created startups and are giving a chance to show us our talents and are hiring us.

Admission

After the completion of my Intermediate education,I have appeared for AP EAMCET competitive examination and got qualified. After in counselling stage,I have selected MIC college of Technology as i had come to know that it's the best college in our locality. And then I got a seat in Mechanical engineering branch

Faculty

4.5

The management is serving us with very well experienced and excellent faculty who not only teach us thee subject but also the things that are helpful in getting job like aptitude, reasoning, softskills, etc.which inturn helpful for getting government jobs. Also the projects guided by them are helping us to getting patents for the students interested in business sector. Our management is also hiring proffesors studied in IIT'S&NIT'S for the better growth of students career.

Yes the placements are good in my college but for the students who study well , the collge almost have 5k students strength in final years it not possible to give all the students high paying jobs since the companies who pay higher recruit less students , But most of students are being placed but for low packages In the end of 3rd year the placements are started and most important thing is students are categorised by their CGPA so maintaining 9+ Cgpa is very important for high paying jobs There are almost more than 100 companies which visit our college and i dont the exact numbers , The highest package obtained by our college student is 80 lpa

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.
