Course Curriculum Overview

We will be having mid term exams and sem exams written in digital pads with exam fees is also high compared to other colleges.

Placement Experience

Actually now we are getting internships from college itself. The internships we are getting are quite good, these internships are useful to the students.

College Events

We have, Tech Fest in the 1st sem, and Cultural Fest in 2nd Sem of every year. Many students are have intrest in participating in these fests, and we will be also having sports fest in the months of Jan or Feb

Acually it is quite expensive, College Tuition Fee-2, 50, 000 Hostel fee ranges from 1, 20, 000 - 2, 00, 000 based on type of room(2 Sharing AC, Non AC, 3 sharing AC, Non AC, 4 sharing AC, Non AC)

Campus Life

We will be having Library, Sports like football, basketball, cricket, vollyball. We are also having labs for each department in our college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are quie good with good infrastructure.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Admission

I got selected by writing SRMJEEE, the exam us online exam. The exam will be little tough. Based on the rank student secured the seat will be allocated by the student in college.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
