Mid term as well as term end.exam has two parts one is class test n 2nd is final exam Attendence is also given marks Marks are out of 100. Each subject.question paper has two sections.first section contains 10 questions and 2nd section has 4 questions

college also hold many Cultural events and also religious events.many personalities take part in these events.in these events students came from different college and throw light on our culture.and also many personalities expresses the importance of culture

college fee.has many parts one is admission fee.2nd examination fee also library fee.sports fee. The fee recept has three copies one is college copy and bank copy and students copy. Students deposit fee at bank in the college account.orphens are giving some relexation by college

college provides scholorship to only orphans.poors.and st students.other students are not given scholorship

Boys are more then girls. And there are many races in college.but there is equality.no discrimination on the basis of cast race etc.all students are treated equally. There us co education.girls are treated same as biys treated. There is uniformity

No hostal facalities availible at college.because college is newly inaugrated.and today tgere is no hostal facilities present in college.another reason is students are living very near to college

Admission

I LIKE to STUDY ARTS.in arts i study political science,history etc as we all knows history makes man wise.and i also like to study the political stractures of different countries. And the nain reason for selecting this subject is the financial problems thats is why i prefer this subject.

Faculty

Faculty is good college staff gave their best.and taught students in well manner.each subject is given 40 minutes. Teachers play a major role in the descipline making.principal is also best looking after to every student. Also students are given financial assistence

About My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen the course myself but this year due to NEP we had 7 subjects which is kinda difficult for us to study .only 2 subject are main that are major and minor rest changes as per semester, so last year my multidisciplinary subject was Geography in 1st sem and then Geology in 2nd semester. There must be some changes in course. 1. Shortage must not be 75% it becomes difficult for students . 2. Teaching method must have to be improved.. Colleges have a semester of 6 months, they give information in 1 to 2 months and after some time in the semester, papers start..they should give some more time for preparation. The difficultly level of exams are not much... kinda easy paper . In minor exams the time limit is one hour and in major 2.5 hour . Sometimes time is problem too ... As I'm humanities student and we hv to write in length but sometimes due to time shortage weren't able to write much contents but overall my experience in college was good

Bitter truth

Course Curriculum Overview:

I just love philosophy and sociology. For that reason i go for this course only for that reason i got influenced to choose Bachelor of arts inspite of any other course This course also helps to go deep into the subject to study its nature and scope. Which help the student to learn more and more about the topic. If we talk about Further academic pursuits there is a huge variety of scope Like MA, MBA etc. one can go for MBA or go for MA anything which he or she thinks has a vibe scope in. The course curriculum is good.. but also it should include some additional trainings or teaching. Where students develop any skill which further helps them to provide any employment.. The exams are not difficult they are so lengthy like for example we have to write 5 answers which has a marking of 12 numbers. So for that we need to write 5-6 pages per question to got even 9-10 marks.

Course curriculum in terms of relevance was so good as it added my options of further academic pursuits.every subject in the course was relevant to eachother.The course was good so in my opinion they don't need to do any further improvement but yes teaching methods was slightly old i suggest them to try AI methods in teaching and go more digital which I think will help the students.for exam timings they know the students have to give six semesters so students needs the proper time to prepare.

Overall good experience

The admission process was very good according to the law of Cluster university Srinagar,they conducted an entrance exam in 2021 march and declared the result in may 2021. Life At Campus

The admission process was fine but very late as expected, Kashmir university starts the admission process in August which was very late to start the session. The eligibility was fine for students the merit list was also fine. It was an online process and all the forms were submitted online and then went to the selected college for further document verification and fees were also online submitted.
