Our college management is nice..the college campus is really beautiful with more than 50 trees and plants.

The course exam structure is we have a four-year course in 1st year all branches student are combined in 1class In the second year, they are divided according to their branch. Yes it is relevant Yes there were industrial visits organized by students to Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, etc

Many companies visited our campus like Wipro, bitwise, tech Mahindra, Jaro education, tulip and many more, Recruitment drive would include online test first after clearing online exam interview was held by a person coming from the company, Percentage of students placed every year are around 500 to 600. Yes, they scheduled seed training for preparing us for an online test so that we cn easily clear our 1st round and also gave us the soft skill training which is useful for us during the interview.

In cultural events, they celebrated sari day, traditional day, twins day, retro day, Bollywood day, tie day, black and white day, and also cultural events like gathering are organized by our institution. sports are also organized like cricket,etc prize distribution is also done for winners.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees can be paid through cheque or cash .yaa college provides transparency on fees breakdown.fees can be paid in 4 5 months of time if u have a valid reason our not able to pay the full amount of fees in one installment then u can pay the fees in 2 3 installments.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they offer the scholarship opportunities to students .the eligibility criteria and procedure to apply for the scholarship are u should behave the caste certificate.

Campus Life

The campus life is extraordinary .the college excels in sports, cultures, technical, and all sorts of events. the gender ratio is equitable.extra curricular activities like sports which include badminton, cricket, Kho-Kho, football, etc .labs includes more than 30 computers in 1 lab.

Alumni/Alumna

It was an incredible reunion of students, teachers, faculty, etc.in alumni meet senior students will share their past experience and skills to current students.

Admission

I got admission to college by giving an entrance exam of jee and in the list, i got this college. The factors why i choose this institution are Academics majors available, Locations, Student activities, academic services, On-campus facilities and amenities.

Faculty

The number of lectures held in one day are 4 lectures and 1 practical each day .the teachers will teach all topics and clarify our doubts .practicals are held in lab and all the practicals are explained very neatly and properly by the teaching staff

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Likes

The girls to boy ratios is good, we get to see all girls equal contributing in the college
The faculty is good, they are very helpful and give good guidance
The boys and girls common room is good to get together with friends to chill and study

Dislikes

Faculty being good they are sassy and might ignore for a time to teach you that not everything will be entertained
The principal is kinda rude and his speech is too long
Well other activities like sports isn't support properly

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

I really liked the infrastructure of the college its very nice and has good environment .
DPCOE is famous for its sports , it has massive turf where kids of 4 to 5 age has their matches
Also i like my department , as i am an automobile engineering we need most practical knowledge , this college offers a big workshop just for us an also yearly event for automobile students . Also clubs are there which has reputation of national rank

Dislikes

I kind of felt that faculty can be biased sometimes also do not care what and how we want to study .
Watchman can be little rude sometimes , also informing that their are exam coming in next week are to be informed at leat 10 days before. I have a suggestion of preparing acadamic calender of year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Campus is huge and there is to much space for walk and greenari

Not that much strict environment than many of the college.

Dislikes

Campus is huge but is mostly empty need of development.
Need of infrastructure and sports facility for students.
Need of contact no. Of emergency contact of the staff.

Placement Experience:

I talk with most of the senior and faculty and placement cell start of 3 rd year you will get internship opportunities and and in 4 th year you will get placement opportunity. But senior told me off campus placement preparation must be go on you will find good opportunity. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa is good for freshers.

my college is in rural division so i liked the nature and environment of the college most and the college is have rural position and college have bus facility so all the student from poor family are is admitted in this college
my college have bus facility for the students
college have good campus in rural area and the college is good

Dislikes

college have no placement for the students
college having some times electricity short
college have some students water issue for drinking

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Hello, The infrastructure of the college is top class.
Their are multiple events in the college every month.
The faculty of the college are also well experienced as well as very friendly.

Dislikes

There are no AC in all the class only some of the class have AC

Placement Experience:

The placement percentage in my college is nearly 70-80%. The minimum package offered is 2.5 LPA and the highest is nearly 33 LPA . The average package is 4-5 LPA. Many companies vists are college as our college is NAAC accredited which has a grade of A+.

i choose tcoer because it provid a good balance of academic quality affordablity approchable faculty supportive campus environment as it is also the nearest collage i got alloted actully my percentage was the cut off of that year of that college , it was litle bit dissapointed to me also the rule like wearing shose and uniform and if not weared they give punishs by not allowing to enter also it become hard for students like us day schlors to travel by city bus as there as so low frequenty buses also sometimes we have to wait for an hour for the bus by standing only as the bus stop has not developed...Read More
