No of placements is not good and also the average package is very less i wish i could get could get package around 6 lakhs per annum atleast coming to college hostel food it's worst i wish they would atleast change in future

Yup, it's good as it's the main branch of arm we have good facilities and environment Overall course and curriculum is satisfactory not too good to be frankly, every college has its drawbacks we do have internals and external exams each of 50 marks respectively

SRM University is good at placement point of view but the average package is just 3.5 lakhs per annum which is very less compared to expenditure around 150 companies come for placements and conduct their own criteria of selection Few students get placed in multiple companies and few don't get one

SRM has two events one is techno management fest called "aarush" and other is ""milan" which is cultural fest chief guests like actors were invited this events are conducted for 4 days odd and even semesters respectively

3.5 lakhs per annum it's too expensive for a middle class family,but ultimately what one sees is the placements,if we are selected it's well and good,if we aren't selected it's a lot more burden on the parents

SRM has scholarship facilities based on entrance exam and semester gpa. there isn't any loan facility by college management and those scholarships are also for less number of students of the college based on branch

There are no extra curricular activities,labs are included as a part of studies coming to gender ratio it differs from branch overall to say it's around 10:1 1 girl for every 10 boys to speak in particular

Yes i have opted for hostel it's 1 lakh per annum,The hostel food is horrible and worst one can't eat daily it's better staying out in flats or pg hostels nearby closing time is 10 o' clock weren't allowed out after that and for girl's it's 8 pm

Well coming to interaction,i haven't found such in my whole srm life it's just freedom to roam around yes there are alumni talks and meetings i haven't participated in but they are very much useful whether it interaction or developing skills etc

There's an entrance exam for arm University, there's a cut-off marks for each branch and to qualify an exam i was qualified for the entrance exam sk i had to choose my branch of interest,so i choose ece

Coming to faculty it's bad for the first and second yeras of btech it's far more horrible, they are. Experienced but lack of knowledge lack of conveyable skills, understanding etc 3rd and 4th years of faculty are good
