Remarks
No but the canteen issue must be solved and other all the remarks for me towards college is good as I faced no such issues in these studying years and I earned something form that and also it will help me to cherish in near future.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yeah the course is very much informative I have known many other matters related to tourism from this course there are internal papers and semester papers Internal papers take place 3 times in each semester and 2 semester papers for the whole year.
Placement Experience
Some companies like Mekong vacations, orchid, Tibet tour and travel, vayuseva and other companies who have a great potential to hire students as per their knowledge, tactics, attitude, work effort and other criteria of fulfillment
College Events
National tourism and heritage seminar Tourism day Republic Day Tech fest Independence day Saraswati puja Holi. Diwali Cooking seminars Food and beverage service seminars. These all seminars and festival or workshops are organised in a very big and systematic way to get the cream out of it to each and every student studying in the college
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's neither feasible nor too expensive it's just ok for parents they have many schemes for the payment in 3 months, 6months, yearly with rate of interest charged as a minimal amount no extra fees, no donation and all those stuff.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I have never heard of such things while I was in the college for the time college was having some other policies for the students and I was not very aware of that schemes. Loans were provided by the college at a very minimal rate of interest.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities our college took the initiative of finding talents all over the college and then make them glow in front of the people staying there. Football, volleyball, cricket grounds were there in the college for playing and music rooms Zumba fitness classes were helt. For Women safety they were taught karate and other martial arts.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I have opted for hostel the rate for lodging was 15000 per semester and 18900 for canteen per semester. the hostel Services were good but the canteen food was not at all up to the mark so for that reason I left hostel after living for the first year and then I was staying in a mess.
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumni network in the travel Industry is very strong and our HOD has a lot of contacts in the industry until and unless a student gets placed he/she will be giving interviews in different companies some of our alumni are running their own travel companies with a high success rate.
Admission
One of the faculties of the college took a interview and asked some basic questions about tourism and asked why I have chosen tourism I answered the fastest growing industry is tourism and I love to explore new destinations.
Faculty
A good informative, knowledgeable faculty team to guide each and every student. The faculties have a vast knowledge about the subject line up mainly operations, marketing, event management, IATA, Amadeus and many other extra courses added to it.
