Remarks

Management is great systematic formalisation is followed.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Mostly 70% of academic stuff is theoretical and practical stuff are less encouraged due to the less marks allotted for practical stuff by University. Assignment and project are given to students but the value of those are really less because there is no big amount of marks behind it.

Placement Experience

4

Placement cell is there in college which informs about the online process to avail opportunity for interview of the organization that are visiting the college. Usually 7-8 organization visit our college for placement purpose. Internship are quiet easy to avail, for full time jobs it's a tough competition.

College Events

3

This college is well known for hosting one of the great fests as students around Mumbai visit this college during fests. Festivals like Durga puja, ganpati, Diwali, dussehra is also celebrated in the campus. It's celebrated on a huge scale. Even personality attend such events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

23000 very nominal amount of fees because it provides such facility of library, sports, clubs, fests, canteens and infrastructure. The fees compared to other college is just a little bit more like 4-5 thousand more. Fees has to be paid in one installment.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there are no scholarship activities maybe for student exchange there are scholarships. I have seen so many foreign students in my college and I think they are a part of scholarship program. Otherwise for student of same country there is no scholarship program.

Campus Life

4.5

Gender ratio could 3:1 where 3 is for girls and 1 for boys. Campus is at least of 1-2 km in which there are so many institution where you can visit if you have ID card of any of the college. There are auditorium, theater, sports ground, quadrangle, 7 canteens in campus. Labs and all I don't know about it as my course don't need any lab work.

Hostel Facilities

2

No, but hostel rooms are great but students have to wait for one year like if you ask hostel room in first year of your course then in second year you would be allotted with hostel room. Usually rooms are shared between students it depends upon the type of room you select for.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful as they don't underestimate anyone and are very much friendly can ask them anything.

Admission

Mumbai University declares date for the admission process and according to it forms are filled and if the name appears in the merit list then a particular date is given to take admission. I want to build a career in Digital Marketing so I want to do BMM with advertising as specialization.

Faculty

3.5

Every subject teacher have 3-4 lectures per week of 50 mins each. The professor/teacher must have cleared NET entrance exam or should have good knowledge about the subject. Usually teacher under the age of 45 teach us. Some have experience in teaching itself and visiting faculties work in organization and teach us too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course. It helped me in my personality building and also I learned new things like- Video and photo editing, handling cameras, communication skills, Acting, Advertisement writing and shooting, and many more. Class strength is good as they allow 25-30 students for one course. Faculties were too supportive and masters of their own fields. They take 2 internals and 1 final exam at the end of the semester which is of 6 months.

Form third year students become eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies like times of India hindustan times visited our college and got various students selected based on their caliber. The average package here is a around 5-10 Lakh per annum. Only those students who are talented enough for any post get selected for particular job. I'm planning to do a internship in popular media House.
