Remarks
Not much clean and playgrounds are not enough for all sports & activities. If you are in college, you have to attend all the lectures. You can't leave anyone. Placements conditions are not good enough in recent years.
Course Curriculum Overview
Everyone know about the limited fossil fuels. It will get over son. So, we've to switch all the IC engine vehicles into electric vehicles. They(College teachers) take weekly/ monthly tests and 2 mid term exams by the University and then the semester exam.
Placement Experience
Earlier it was damn good but in last 2-3 years were not good enough. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Jaro Education, Ashahi Glass LTD etc were came and some company offer maximum package of 24 lacs per annum & 4 lacs per annum average.
College Events
The event celebrated in my college are National Kart Racing CHAMPIONSHIPS (NKRC), Adhayan - National level case study competition, RGPV Nodal Cricket and the annual function of college - Vihan. In both NKRC & Adhayan, participants came from all over the state of India. And in RGPV Nodal cricket & Vihan, participants came from different colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible as compare to other colleges in this city, state or county. Last year in the survey of India Today, this college got the 8th position all over India to provide good education in low fees. The normal fee of this college for BE is RS 67,000 approx.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students from minority get minority scholarship while students from different states get state's scholarships. And some state also provides student loan. There is a student credit card loan facility provided by the government also.
Campus Life
In this college, gender ratio is 40 females to 100 males. There are different types of workshops for different work and branches. Labs are good enough but in sports, people love to play cricket only.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni & seniors are damn good if you are connected to them.They always help us when we need them. They give us practical knowledge and how to deal with the exams and interviews. They share their own experience.
Admission
I got admission in this college by direct counselling. While admission process they asked me some question about why do you want to choose Mechanical Engineering branch. I have interest in vehicle specially in cars. So, I choose Bachelor of Engineering course and Mechanical Engineering (ME) branch.
Faculty
Neither good nor bad. Because, some faculty members are PhD holders and some are just graduates. They teach us in their own styles. But, they always help us in need. They don't give us bookish knowledge only but also teach us about the right & wrong, about the life and the reality of life.
