Course Curriculum Overview
Our college is affiliated with the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT, so we followed the course curriculum of the University. The course curriculum of our college was good, it was pretty thorough and well-designed to fit in the corporate world.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities of our college were okay. Around 70% of the students from a total batch were placed. Companies like Bajaj Capital, S&P Capital IQ, Genpact, Pantaloon, etc. visited our college for campus recruitment. Internships were also organized with a stipend of around Rs.3000 per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I think the fee structure of our college was not expensive at all. The total fee for the first academic year was ?95,000 and the same goes for the second year. So, the grand total fees sum up to ?1.9 Lakhs.
Hostel Facilities
I opted for the hostel and the college provides hostels for boys and girls. It was located within the campus, which was very convenient and easy for our daily lives. The facilities provided and the mess food was also good. The total fee was around Rs.36,000 per year.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of our college was good. Our college has a number of alumni across the state. There is no ragging in our college, and also the seniors in our college were very friendly and helpful to us.
Admission
I pursued an MBA course in this college and to get admission in this college, I took the MAT entrance exam. I fill out the form and then I went through a personal interview. The admission process was quite smooth.
Faculty
The faculties in our college were very understanding and supportive of us. They gave us notes and materials for the syllabus. We have a total of around 13 core faculties in our college and all of them are qualified and experienced professors.
